Dermaplaning aka EpiBlading!
Creates healthier, more radiant appearance
🔪 What is EpiBlading ?
EpiBlading is a physical exfoliation procedure. It requires the use of a sterile, surgical scalpel to gently "shave" the skin's surface, removing the top-most layer of dead skin along with fine, vellus hair (aka peach fuzz).
⏰ How long does it take to recover from EpiBlading ?
EpiBlading is a quick, effective procedure that normally takes 45 minutes to complete. There is absolutely no recovery or down time with this treatment.
💰 How much does it cost for EpiBlading ?
EpiBlading prices range from $85 to $150 and up. Most doctors' offices or medispas that have it on the menu will offer it with a chemical peel or facial because it allows the other products to sink deeper into the skin with the aim of quicker or better results.
The Aesthetics Hub only $85 (add on Enzyme Peel to help with acne prone skin !)
😮 Can EpiBlading cause breakouts?
Like most exfoliation techniques, EpiBlading prevents breakouts rather than causes them. While EpiBlading can't be performed on skin with active acne, it will prevent clogged pores and pimples from forming. ... Less dead skin = fewer breakouts.
🗓 How often should you get EpiBlading ?
EpiBlading is recommended every three to four weeks. An aesthetician will help you figure out a schedule. Each time you get dermaplaned, you're removing about two to three weeks' worth of dead skin cells
🧔 Does hair grow back after EpiBlading ?
Many people are under the impression that shaving hair causes it to grow back thicker and darker, but that is actually not the case. EpiBlading will not cause the velus hair on your face to grow back thicker or darker.
🤰 Is it safe to do EpiBlading while pregnant?
EpiBlading is great for all skin types. It's a perfect treatment while you're pregnant too! It's safe and effective, and can really help with hormonal pregnancy breakouts significantly.
